Get a service

The sale, storage, purchase and use of plant protection products, as well as advice on the use of plant protection products, may only be provided to persons who have been issued an appropriate certificate - the identity of the user of professional plant protection products, the operator of plant protection products, the seller of plant protection products or the plant protection adviser.
In order to obtain a certificate, an appropriate training programme must be completed and the examination must be completed.
The training of professional plant protection product users, operators of plant protection products use, sellers of plant protection products and plant protection advisers shall be performed by a person who has received a permit from the State Plant Protection Service for the performance of such training.

Process description

  1. Service requests

    Documents to be submitted:
    • an application specifying the name, legal address of the training provider, type of permit to be obtained and the desired form of authorisation - in paper form or in the form of an electronic document
    • a list of lecturers indicating the education of lecturers and information on working experience (including the number of jobs and years worked) in the field of training envisaged under the training programme
    • a curriculum that contains the content of the lessons and the expected number of hours

    The State Plant Protection Service shall:
    • review the documents submitted;
    • assess the compliance of a person with the requirements of regulatory enactments;
    • decide on the issue of an authorisation for the training of plant protection product users, user operators, sellers and consultants.

  2. Payment for service
    The service shall be paid EUR 142,29 in accordance with the invoice of the State Plant Protection Service, issued on the basis of Annex 2, paragraph 98, of Cabinet Regulation No. 493 of 12 July 2012, “List of State Plant Protection Service Charge Services”.
