From 2022 onwards, biological farms must keep a record of the quantity of each item in the assortment of conventional propagating material used, by species (subspecies if relevant) and variety (if any and relevant to production). This is necessary because of changes in the European Union (EU) regulatory framework aimed at developing the market for biological farming propagating material, expanding the range of biological farming propagating material and promoting accessibility.

In order to facilitate record keeping, the State Plant Protection Service has established this form as a temporary solution during the period of implementation of the EU requirements. The analysis of the information received and the experience gained will lead to the development of a more user-friendly electronic tool for your data submission.

The data you provide will be used to promote the development of the market for biological farming propagating material and will be passed on to authorities controling biological farming for monitoring purposes.
