Reporting about the spread of Sosnowsky's hogweed

Reporting about other invasive plant and animal species

We encourage people to learn more about invasive species and to report invasive species found in the wild or in their own backyard on the "Invasive Species Manager" website.

To submit a sighting, you need to mark the exact location of the invasive species on a map, take a photo and fill in some data fields. The submitted sightings are reviewed and verified by the species specialists of the Nature Conservation Agency. The reported sites are listed on the Invasive Species Manager website and the data related to them are stored in the national information system for nature data management 'Ozols'.

By submitting your observations, you are helping to eradicate invasive species and conserve natural heritage!
