Service requests
E-service
• Customer authenticates farming industries
on the e-service site and submit an application
Information on completing and submitting an e-service application is available in the “How to use an e-service site” and “E-service user guide” guides (see “Documents and forms”).
E-mail
• the customer sends the application to the e-mail address of the State Plant Protection Service or to the official electronic address
• the application must be signed with a secure electronic signature
Mail
• the customer sends the application by post
In person
• customer arrives at the State Plant Protection Service and submits documents
Documents to be submitted
For registration in the register - filled in application form
For deletion from the register - application in free form for deletion from the Integrated Growing Register for Agricultural Products
The service is free.
The State Plant Protection Service shall examine the application and take a decision regarding:
• the registration of a person in the Register of Integrated Growing of Agricultural Products;
Or
• the removal of a person from the register.Receipt of services

• the customer receives a decision to the official electronic address or to the specified e-mail address
Mail
• Customer receives a decision to the specified mail address
